Roy Lin was born in Taichung, Taiwan, before he moved to Brazil then the United States, where he went to Lincoln High School in San Francisco. He obtained a degree in Marketing from San Francisco State University, Marketing Major, in 1995 and then became a Master of Business in 1996. In 1997, Roy started his sales agency specializing in Telemarketing for Fortune 500 companies, such as MCI, Frontier Telecom and LCI Telecom. In 2000, Roy founded Easyfaxer, an internet fax company. This company later grew to have a customer base of 10k individuals and small business customers for both internet fax services and online marketing services. In 2008, after being diagnosed with Leukemia, Roy decided to sell his business to his young entrepreneur friend, Rob Meadow of Originate.com.

Roy’s over a decade sales experience is mainly focused on telemarketing sales and online affiliate marketing sales, particularly in subscription services.
Roy started Los Altos Ventures in 2016 after realizing that many technology companies have technical expertise but do not have profit-maximizing experience. Los Altos Ventures was built from the ground up to ensure that all web design, SEO practices and conversion optimization practices are performed with a focus on maximizing client profits.

Craig was born in Glasgow, Scotland, UK. He attended high school near Glasgow and then achieved a degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Glasgow. Craig’s background is in the corporate environment. He spent several years working as an accountant for a major insolvency practice, as it grew to become the UK’s largest. In 2014, Craig moved to Australia and worked as a Land and Property Accountant for one of Australia’s largest food companies.  
In 2015, Craig moved into online marketing, working with local companies initially, before expanding to cover international companies. He specializes in social media optimization and content creation, particularly thought leadership content.
